The fruity flavour and kiwi and sharpness of mint herb meld together perfectly to make a great-tasting side dish for our Indian meals. On top of all this, high vitamin C content of kiwi and powerful antioxidants properties of mint come together to make this chutney a great addition to your immunity-boosting diet.

Immunity Boosting Recipe: How to make kiwi mint chutney:
 

Ingredients:
(Serving – 1 medium bowl)

2 kiwis
Half cup mint leaves
1 tsp lemon Juice
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1-2 green chillies

Method:

Step 1 – Wash mint leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.
Step 2 – Chop the kiwi fruits.
Step 2 – Put both in a mixer-grinder along with salt, green chillies, black pepper powder, garlic and lemon juice. Add water to maintain thick but poring consistency.
Step 3 – Store the chutney in a glass container and use as per requirement.

Kiwi mint chutney can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy your everyday meals with this tangy and fruity immunity-boosting chutney.
