Ingredients:

– Carrot (peeled and grated)- 1 cup

– Garlic- 3 tbsp

– Lemon Juice- 3 tsp

– Ginger- 3 tsp

– Chilli powder- 2 tsp

– Salt- to taste

Method:

1. Grind all the ingredients together with some water in a blender.

2. Grind until smooth and add a bit of more salt, mix well.
