How To Make High-Protein Chatpati Dal | Chatpati Dal Recipe:
Chatpati dal is easy to make and can be customised as per your taste. For this recipe we used moong dal, onion, tomato, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, hing, dry red chilli and a few basic spices. All you need to do to prepare chatpati dal is boil yellow moong dal with turmeric and salt and add a tadka of ghee, hing and dry red chilli to it. Then transfer the dal in a bowl and top it with tamarind chutney or lemon juice, mint chutney, roasted jeera powder or chaat masala, black salt. You may also add some sev or roasted peanuts for some extra crunch.
