Frontline workers such as doctors, nurses and paramedics are at the forefront of the fight against the pandemic. Home delivery agents also come under this category of workers who are keeping the economy running in these testing times. A family based in Mississippi, USA decided to do their bit for the unsung heroes by leaving some delicious snacks and refreshments. Take a look at the viral post here:
In the photos featured in the viral post, we could spot some chips, biscuits, snacks and juices arrange neatly in a basket. There was also a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a large banner which read, “Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!” The family also wrote a short note, “To our delivery drivers, thank you for making our holiday shopping easy! Please take some refreshments for the road. Happy Holidays from the James family,” read the note placed with the basket of goodies.
The post was shared on Facebook by Steven James, whose wife had made all these wonderful arrangements. “My wife has made a UPS drivers day today. She orders so much stuff during the holidays, that’s she leaves snacks for all the drivers,” he explained. The post also featured a video captured from a CCTV camera, featuring the happy dance that a driver did on seeing the snacks. “Thank you, thank you,” said the driver while bowing down to the camera and then hopping back to the delivery truck. “Today this UPS driver was extra happy to get her snack, thank you baby for being so sweet to others,” James wrote in his post.

The viral video garnered 1.2k likes and hundreds of comments on Facebook. The sweet gesture by the James family garnered many reactions from social media users. “That woman is worth her weight in gold and her heart is pure love,” wrote one user while another said, “Thank you for sharing your beautiful Christmas spirit!”
