These Besan Kachoris Are Crispy, Fluffy And Perfect For A Weekend Breakfast- Watch Recipe Video

It has been quite a happening week for all of us! And we have decided to just sit back, relax and enjoy with friends and family. Another thig we are looking forward to is good food. We just love cooking yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner to treat ourselves, and weekend is a perfect excuse to unravel the chefs within. While choice of meal is unique to each, desi options hold a special place in all our hearts – one such example being kachori-aloo ki sabzi for breakfast. Hot and crispy puris, stuffed with spicy filling, and fiery potato curry by the side – the very thought of this ‘ultimate’ combination makes us slurp.

Considering this, we found a delicious kachori recipe that includes a spicy besan mix as stuffing. It’s called besan ki kachori. This scrumptious recipe has been shared by popular food vlogger Manjula Jain on her YouTube channel ‘Manjula’s Kitchen’. Without further ado, let’s get into the recipe.

How To Make Besan Ki Kachori | Besan Ki Kachori Recipe:

  • Make the dough with maida, salt, oil and water. Keep it aside.
  • Make the filling- For this, we need to add oil, besan and spices like coriander powder, fennel seeds, red chilli flakes, amchoor powder, dry ginger powder and hing in a kadhai and mix everything together. Transfer it to a bowl and add some water and bind together.
  • Now, make small roundels out of the dough, fill the stuffing in each of the roundels and roll with a rolling pin.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the kachoris.
