Indian Railways’ statutory body Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) recently floated a request for proposal (RFP) for leasing a vacant land parcel in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The RFP for leasing the land is intended for residential development as well as for the construction of railway transit suites at the Ramgarh Tal area.
