One customer in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, had a rather unpleasant experience recently. Ever heard of something like this happening before?! We are sure not.

The customer named Chayanika Das placed a food order on food delivery portal Swiggy, but received this bizarre message from their executive: “I’m sorry that we couldn’t deliver your order as the order was snatched by some others. I understand that this might be upsetting. I’ll go ahead and cancel this order for you. Request you to place a fresh order from any other restaurant.”

Chayanika Das took a screenshot of the message and posted on her Twitter handle with caption: “Snatched by others. Yeh Noida mei yeh sab hota hai?”
