How To Make Coconut Paratha | Coconut Paratha Recipe:
For this particular paratha recipe, we need atta (wheat flour), oil, salt and water to knead the dough, and coconut powder, milk, milk powder, salt, red chilli powder and sugar to prepare the filling.
To start with, knead a paratha dough and let it rest for a while. Then, take a bowl and add coconut powder, milk powder and milk to it and mix everything well. Now, add sugar, salt and red chilli to it and give a final mix. And the filling for your paratha is ready in no time.
Stuff some coconut-mix in small roundels and roll a paratha out of it. And finally, cook the parathas on tawa with some oil.
You can either have it with tea (as a snack) or pair it with some sweet-and-sour sabzi (both dry and curry) for a complete meal. Trust us, you have never tasted such unique paratha before; this dish is worth giving a try!
