Paneer is a must in any Indian veg spread. This simple ingredient can be used to make a range of sabzis, all of which turn out be super yummy. Paneer doesn’t need any time to cook, so almost all paneer dishes are quick and easy to make. Joining the list of quick paneer recipes, this paneer tomato curry is another praise-worthy Indian-style sabzi that you and your family would love. One more reason to include it in your paneer menu is that it can be made in all of 15 minutes. The tangy dish is also perfect to serve to your guests for lunch or dinner if you don’t want to keep heavy, creamy dishes like paneer makhani or paneer butter masala.
In this paneer sabzi recipe posted by food vlogger Manjula Jain, on her YouTube channel ‘Manjula’s Kitchen’, the paneer is first grilled and then cooked with tomatoes and capsicum. The grilled paneer fills up the dish with its smoky flavour and aroma. You can pair this paneer tomato curry with roti, rice, paratha, poori, naan or other Indian breads.
