Ask what goes behind that sculpted body? A strict workout regime and a diet plan. Yesterday, Varun Dhawan engaged with his fans on Instagram in an interactive session. He fielded a lot of questions from his favourite song to lockdown activities. During the Ask Me Anything session, a fan wrote, “What type of diet do you take?” To this, the star said he tries to do intermittent fasting for about 14 to 16 hours every day. Here is his answer: “Start with 1. Coffee 2. Egg white omelette/oats 3. Veggies and chicken 4. Makhana 5.
