The drink that Neetu Kapoor shared was star anise and bay leaf in water. “After chia seeds in water for two weeks, now star anise and bay leaf “good for anxiety,” wrote Neetu Kapoor along with a click of the water bottle. The Instagram story thus shared not one but two simple remedies to manage anxiety. The first is chia seeds, which is said to contain Omega-3 fatty acids which help fight depression and mood swings as per various studies. Star Anise is also recommended as it may help reduce the symptoms of depression. Similarly, bay leaves contain Linalool which can lower the level of stress hormones in the body.

Kudos to Neetu Kapoor for sharing such a simple remedy for anxiety relief! This is not the only instance when Neetu Kapoor has shared her thoughts about eating healthy and living a healthy life.
