Mira Kapoors Desi Avocado Toast Is All Things Healthy, Green And Delicious!

There is an abundance of creativity on the internet, especially when it comes to food and fusion dishes. For instance, recently, a picture of Chai ice cream with sugar parantha had gone viral. Mira Kapoor too hopped on the fusion food bandwagon, with an Avocado toast that had an interesting Desi twist. “Not just another Avo-Toast,” wrote Mira Kapoor describing her dish. The delicious creation comprised slices of bread topped with an interesting looking tomato sauce. Slices of fresh avocado were drizzled with pepper and put on the Avocado toast, and then Mira Kapoor added the Desi touch to her dish. She used homegrown greens as garnish on her toast, including methi and saunf leaves. The entire dish looked refreshing and gorgeous!

The healthy Avocado toast was not just pleasing to the eyes, but also loaded with good nutrition. Methi is enriched with Iron and many important vitamins that are essential for overall health. Saunf or fennel leaves also highly nutritious as they contain good quantities of fibre, potassium and Vitamin C. Avocado itself is considered a very healthy ingredient to include in the diet, since it is a heart-healthy food which contains good fats.
