On Masaba Gupta’s plate is a protein-rich salad mix of kidney beans, chickpeas, tomatoes and cucumber. The salad is paired with sauteed broccoli, dal salad and a greenside dish that looks like boiled spinach. Masaba shared the picture of her nutrient-loaded meal on Instagram stories and captioned it: “Let food be thy medicine”.
