1. You would need some grated cheese, spread it on to a non-stick tawa.
2. Sprinkle some red chilli powder on top of the cheese. Grill it in oven. You can use a microwave too, make sure the cheese comes out little crispy and brown.
3. Let it cool. Crush it up a bit.
4. Transfer your cheese flakes to a bowl.
5. Add rock salt, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder, finely chopped onions, cucumber and tomatoes.
6. Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it up thoroughly and chomp away.
