How To Make Chicken Shorba:

1. Boil chicken till soft. Let it cool and shred. Save the water for later.
2. Heat butter in another pan, add ginger garlic paste. Sautee well.
3. Add shredded chicken, followed by green chilli paste and salt.
4. Then add turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.
5. Add the chicken water, mix everything well.
6. Add some lemon juice for the extra zing. Mix again.
7. Add cream, followed by corn flour. Mix well, until combined. Let it cook for a few minutes.
