How To Make Moong Dal Chaat For Weight Loss
Ingredients:
– Moong Dal (soaked)- 1 cup
– Red chilli powder- 1 1/2 tsp
– Jeera powder (roasted)- 3 tsp
– Asafoetida- 1 tsp
– Salt- 1 tsp
– Lemon juice- 3 tsp
– Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Method:
1. Cook soaked moong dal in about 4 cups of boiling water.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes until foam starts to form on the top.
3. Now discard the foam, add salt and asafoetida. Mix well and let the dal cook, covered.
4. Let the dal cool down when cooked.
5. Add jeera powder, lemon juice, chaat masala and chilli powder on top. Mix well and serve.
