The dry winter season leaves our skin and lips dull and flaky. And no amount of lotion or cream can help you get the radiance back. One of the most common reasons for deteriorating skin health is a reduction in water intake. We tend to drink less amount of water during the winters, leaving our skin dull and gloomy.
