Mint chai has taken the internet by storm and celebrity chef Vikas Khanna is the latest one to succumb to this trend. The fad of mixing our very own chai with a few mint leaves may seem surreal to die-hard chai lovers, but the Michelin-star chef recently took to Instagram to upload a story of him pouring chai in a cup with mint leaves. You may either boil the mint leaves first in water and then add tea leaves and milk to it once the water has a greenish tint, or you can even wash the mint leaves thoroughly and add them directly to the cup with your chai on top and let it fuse together in the cup itself.
